In Pyla-sur-Mer, this villa near Arcachon Bay underwent a partial renovation aimed at revealing its full potential.

We reworked the layout to improve flow, brought in more natural light, and introduced warmer materials throughout.
The kitchen was completely redesigned, and the garden reshaped with a softly pigmented concrete staircase that follows the natural slope of the site.
