Marquette was born from a simple observation: digital-native brands need a physical place.
A space able to translate their agility and logistical culture into a tangible experience.

The project embraces this hybrid condition. The codes of the warehouse and distribution center — floor markings, modular systems, mobile fixtures — become architectural language. Logistics is made visible, staged, almost playful.

More than a multi-brand store, the space operates as a platform.
A direct interface between the digital economy and physical presence.
